Location data is not tracked continuously — it is captured only when the user initiates attendance marking

Check-in and check-out timestamps
Leave application details (dates, type, reason)

2. How We Use Your Information
To authenticate and identify employees within the app

3. Data Storage
All data is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore (hosted in the asia-south1 region — Mumbai, India). Firebase is a Google product that complies with industry-standard security practices.
We do not store any data locally on the device beyond what Firebase SDKs cache for offline functionality.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:
With authorised personnel within your organisation (Team Leads and Managers) for attendance and leave management purposes
AttendPro requires access to your device's location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) to verify that you are within 200 metres of your assigned ITI location when marking attendance.
Location is accessed only when you tap Check-In or Check-Out
Location is not tracked in the background
You may deny location permission, but attendance marking will not be possible without it

6. Notifications
AttendPro uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications to inform employees about leave approval or rejection. You may manage notification preferences through your device settings.

7. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as you are an active employee using the app. If your account is removed by an administrator, your data may be deleted from the system in accordance with your organisation's data retention policy.
